OGC API Processes — Secure Dimensions GmbH · Effective date: May 2026

⚠ Non-Production Service. This service is provided for evaluation, research, and development purposes only. It must not be used in production environments or for any mission-critical workloads. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided.

1. Scope of Service

The OGC API Processes service (the "Service") is operated by Secure Dimensions GmbH ("Secure Dimensions", "we", "us") and provides a standards-compliant interface for deploying and executing geospatial processing tasks using Docker container images.

The Service implements OGC API — Processes Part 1 (Core) and Part 2 (Deploy, Replace, Undeploy) and is made available for evaluation, demonstration, and non-production use only.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

Research and development of geospatial processing workflows
Evaluation and testing of OGC API Processes compliance
Educational and demonstration purposes
Integration testing of client applications

You must not use the Service for:

Production workloads or operational services
Processing of personal or sensitive data beyond what is necessary for authentication
Deploying container images that contain malicious code, exploit payloads, or unauthorized software
Attempting to circumvent security controls or access restrictions
Any purpose that violates applicable law

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Secure Dimensions does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Service may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

No Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Secure Dimensions GmbH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if Secure Dimensions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Secure Dimensions's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount of zero euros (€0), reflecting the fact that the Service is provided free of charge for non-production use.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the Docker images you deploy and the computations you execute
You will not deploy images that consume excessive resources or attempt denial-of-service attacks
You will keep your AUTHENIX credentials confidential
You will comply with the terms of service of any third-party registries (e.g. Docker Hub) from which you pull images

6. Intellectual Property

The Service software, documentation, and interfaces are the property of Secure Dimensions GmbH or its licensors. The OGC API standards implemented by the Service are the property of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) and are used under their respective licences.

7. Privacy

The Service collects and processes limited personal data as described in the Privacy Notice. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of that notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

Secure Dimensions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
